I have Lebers. But I dunno if it's congenital, I just know it's Lebers ... oh wait. I just asked my mom and she said I do have LCA. So yes, I have it. Lol. I have light perception too.

It's a deteariation of the rods and cones of the eye.

Yeah. You get it if both your parents have the genes for it and when you're born they're both dominant, I beleive that's how it works.
